We will be organizing the PADI open water scuba diving certification course for women from Aug 12 to Aug 18.
There are three elements you must complete to get your license. These are:
– E-Learning material which will take you 15 hours of studying (must be complete prior to your pool session).
– Pool session Aug 12, 13, 14 from 6.00pm-10pm
– Ocean dives Aug 17 and 18
The cost of the course is $425 + HST and will include all your material and equipment except for mask, snorkel and fins. You can purchase these at a 15% discount from East Coast Scuba or you can look at a used set from Kijiji. Snorkel packages start at around $100 and you can get them used for around $50. Anyone who completed their discovery scuba diving session with us will save $25 (promo code DSD1).
The course will be with a female instructor and conducted in a dry suite not a wet suite. This works great for women as you are covered from head to toes in a loose fitting material that fills up with air. This is also the warmest way to dive here. The course will only have 4 spots in it.
