Roles & Rules
What should I expect from the masjid during Ramadan?
You can expect a clean, safe, and welcoming environment; organized prayers and programs; and volunteers doing their best to serve the community. Please understand that the masjid operates with limited resources and relies heavily on volunteers.
What is expected from worshippers and visitors?
We ask worshippers to respect masjid rules, follow volunteer guidance, arrive on time, and be patient during busy periods. Good manners, cooperation, and consideration for others are part of worship in Ramadan.
How should I interact with masjid staff and volunteers?
Please treat all staff and volunteers with respect and kindness. They are serving for the sake of Allah, often while fasting. Disagreements should be handled calmly and through proper channels, not through confrontation.
What rules must be followed inside the masjid during Ramadan?
Please maintain cleanliness, keep noise to a minimum, supervise children, and follow instructions related to prayer rows, seating, parking, and iftar arrangements. These rules are in place for everyone’s benefit.
What if I have a concern or suggestion?
If you have a concern, suggestion, or feedback, please approach the masjid operations or imam respectfully or use the designated feedback channels. Public arguments or complaints during Ramadan harm the spirit of unity and worship.

Can I stop in front of emergency doors or fire lanes “just for a minute”?
No. Emergency exits, fire hose connections, hydrants, and fire lanes must remain completely clear at all times. Stopping or parking in these areas, even briefly, is not allowed.
What happens if my car blocks access or fire equipment?
Vehicles blocking emergency routes or exits may be announced inside the masjid and towed at the owner’s expense, and if necessary, to ensure safety and compliance.
