Ramadan Decoration Contest
Umma Masjid is pleased to send an invitation to all Muslim families planning to make a special decoration for homes to welcome Ramathan.
Anyone wishing to participate in the competition has until April 20th, 2021 to apply.
The process will consist of the following:
1- The first stage consists of receipt of applications by April 20th, 2021 via email. The candidate will send a video link and photos to [email protected]
2- Best decoration will be selected as a winner for the competition.

يسر مسجد الأمة أن يوجه دعوة لجميع العائلات المسلمة التي تخطط لعمل زخرفة خاصة للمنازل للترحيب برمضان.
أي شخص يرغب في المشاركة في المسابقة أمامه حتى 20 أبريل 2021 للتقدم.
ستتألف العملية مما يلي:
1- المرحلة الأولى تتكون من استلام الطلبات بحلول 20 أبريل 2021 عبر البريد الإلكتروني. سيرسل المرشح رابط فيديو وصور إلى: [email protected]
2- سيتم اختيار أفضل ديكور ليكون الفائز في المسابقة.
Fasting Competition 2021 !
Another great way to encourage fasting is to offer a reward for each fast completed, Ummah Majid is offering a fun competition to our new generation as an incentive to help them achieve a first-time full Ramadan fasting. The competition is also open to new sisters or brothers embracing Islam from all age groups as long as they fast full Ramathan for the first time.
The process is as follow:
1- parents of 13 years or younger kids are encouraged to send an email showing interest in helping their kids to achieve full Ramadan fasting.
2- At the end of Ramadan, parents send the number of total days achieved during Ramadan.
New Muslims are only required to send an email after Ramadan completion describing the number of days completed in Ramadan and showing interest to participate in this competition.
Note: for optimal outcome of the competition goal, we encourage parents to support their kids with daily prizes and most importantly not to force kids as they are in the learning process.
PRIZES:
A prize will be reserved for all participants having a Full month of fasting achieved.
مسابقة صيام رمضان 2021
طريقة أخرى رائعة لتشجيع الصيام هي تقديم مكافأة لكل صيام يتم الانتهاء منه ، تقدم أمه ماجد منافسة ممتعة لجيلنا الجديد كحافز لمساعدتهم على تحقيق صيام رمضان الكامل لأول مرة. المسابقة مفتوحة أيضًا للأخوات أو الإخوة الجدد الذين يعتنقون الإسلام من جميع الفئات العمرية طالما أنهم يصومون كامل رمظان لأول مرة.
العملية على النحو التالي:
1- يتم تشجيع الآباء من سن 10 سنوات أو الأطفال الصغار على إرسال بريد إلكتروني يظهر اهتمامهم بمساعدة أطفالهم على تحقيق صيام رمضان الكامل.
2- في نهاية شهر رمضان يرسل الآباء عدد الأيام الكلية التي تحققت خلال شهر رمضان.
يُطلب من المسلمين الجدد فقط إرسال بريد إلكتروني بعد الانتهاء من رمضان مع تحديد عدد الأيام التي اكتملت في رمضان وإبداء الاهتمام بالمشاركة في هذه المسابقة.
ملاحظة: للحصول على النتيجة المثلى لهدف المسابقة ، نشجع المشاركين على دعم أطفالهم بجوائز يومية والأهم من ذلك عدم إجبار الأطفال بما أنهم في عملية التعلم.

Ramadhan Qur’an competition
We bring to you with all delight the news of our Ramadhan Qur’an competition happening during the blessed month of Ramadan. The competition date and time will be determined in a later date depending on heath authority COVID gathering restrictions.
There will be many different levels for the Qur’an competition:
It will be open for all ages and for both genders Male/Female. A female judge will be available at the women section for some sisters depending on their ages. Registration begins today and will end by Apr 15, 2021.

- Level 2: 10 Juz, candidate will decide the selected 10 Juz: All ages

- Level 4: The last quarter of the Qur’an (From Surah Yaseen to Surah Naas): All ages
- Level 5: 5 Juz of the Qur’an: candidate will decide the selected 15 Juz: All ages

مسابقة رمضان للقرآن التي تقام خلال شهر رمضان المبارك. سيتم تحديد تاريخ ووقت المسابقة في تاريخ لاحق اعتمادًا على قيود جمع COVID للسلطة الصحية.
سيكون هناك العديد من المستويات المختلفة لمسابقة القرآن:

AZAN COMPETITION
Umma Masjid is pleased to send an invitation to all heart-warming voices raising Athan (prayer-call) to participate in a new and unique initiative to show the importance of Athan in Islam: Athan competition will honour the best voices in raising the Athan. The Awards is a new incentive for gifted Muslims to raise their voices with Athan to encourage and inspire young and new Muslims to develop their skills in and raising the Athan.
Anyone wishing to participate in the competition has until April 20th, 2021 to apply for the Athan Event.
The process will consist of the following:
The first stage consists of receipt of applications by April 20th, 2021 via email. The candidate will send a link to the Azan video. The candidate is responsible for preparing the video link and send it by email to [email protected]
Shortlisting of entrants will be completed by the judging committee: this stage will consist of the selection of correct files only.
Five best performances will be selected in order.
The live performance will consist of making Azan
The winner will receive a monetary prize
Note:
To have a fair process, non-Arabic speakers will have a separate selection process.
Selection:
Candidates will be contacted by telephone or e-mail to inform them of their nomination
The age of candidates will be considered during the selection
Prizes:
Winners will be notified of winning, and candidates will be nominated for their prizes via e-mail and mobile (call/message).
The first five winners will be selected for this competition based on age group
The five winners will be called to perform AZAN
The number one winner will be awarded a prize of (to be determined by the administration.

يسر مسجد الأمة أن يوجه دعوة إلى جميع الأصوات الدافئة التي ترفع الأذان للمشاركة في مبادرة جديدة وفريدة من نوعها لإظهار أهمية الأذان في الإسلام: مسابقة الأذان ستكرم أفضل الأصوات في رفع الأذان. تمثل الجوائز حافزًا جديدًا للمسلمين الموهوبين لرفع أصواتهم مع الأذان لتشجيع وإلهام المسلمين الشباب والجدد لتطوير مهاراتهم في الأذان ورفعها.
أي شخص يرغب في المشاركة في المسابقة أمامه حتى 20 أبريل 2021 للتقدم لحدث الأذان.
تتألف العملية مما يلي:
1- المرحلة الأولى تتكون من استلام الطلبات بحلول 20 أبريل 2021 عبر البريد الإلكتروني. سيقوم المرشح بإرسال رابط فيديو الأذان. المرشح مسؤول عن تجهيز رابط الفيديو وإرساله بالبريد الإلكتروني إلى [email protected]
2- تكمل لجنة التحكيم قائمة المرشحين النهائية: تتكون هذه المرحلة من اختيار الملفات الصحيحة فقط.
3- سيتم اختيار أفضل خمسة أداء بالترتيب.
4- الاداء الحي سيتكون من عزان الاذان
5- سيحصل الفائز على جائزة مالية
ملحوظة:
للحصول على عملية عادلة ، سيكون للناطقين بغير اللغة العربية عملية اختيار منفصلة.

سيتم الاتصال بالمرشحين عبر الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني لإبلاغهم بترشيحهم
سيتم النظر في عمر المرشحين أثناء الاختيار
الجوائز:
- سيتم إخطار الفائزين بالفوز ، وسيتم ترشيح المرشحين لجوائزهم عبر البريد الإلكتروني والجوال (مكالمة / رسالة).
- سيتم اختيار الفائزين الخمسة الأوائل لهذه المسابقة على أساس الفئة العمرية
- سيتم استدعاء الفائزين الخمسة لأداء أذان
- سيتم منح الفائز الأول جائزة (تحددها الإدارة
