The Heartland Tour is a great free ride and its purpose is to promote cycling and being healthy. It is fully supported with rest stops and volunteers. It is free to register. There is typically a 2.5hr Trail Ride, 6km City Ride, 30km Short Ride, 65km Long Ride. We can group people based on their comfort and ride this tour together. Schedule Start Times:
8:00 am – check-in & registration
9:00 am – Road Ride (total 51 km) – winding with a few hills, bike lanes
9:15 am – Road Ride (total 19 km) – winding with a few hills, bike lanes
10:00 am – Walk (total 5 km) – in nearby Dingle Park
12:15 pm – Closing ceremonies including prize draws and a light snack.

من الساعه 8 صباحا الي 12 ظهرا. The heartland tour.
الرحله مجانيه. وهناك أماكن كثيره للاستراحه على الطريق وسيارات مسانده للمساعدة على الطريق.
سيكون هناك الإختيار من حوالي الساعتين ونصف من الركوب في ممشى الدراجات ,حوالي 6 كيلو في المدينه ,30 كيلو رحله قصيره ,65 كيلو رحله طويله. سنقسم الركاب الي مجموعات حسب قدراتهم على الركوب.

التسجيل الساعه 8 صباحا
الساعه التاسعه صباحا يبدأ الركوب على طريق الدراجات مسافه 51 كلم.
الساعه التاسعه والربع مسافه 19 كلم
الساعه العاشره صباحا مشيا في الدنجل
ختام الرحله والجوائز ووجبه خفيفه في الساعه الثانيه عشره والربع ظهرا
يرجي العلم ان المسجد يمكنه استعمال اي صور او فيديو يؤخذ أثناء هذه الرحلات لاغراض الدعايه والتواصل الاجتماعي والنشر في الصحف وصفحه المسجد… الخ
