Open House & Multicultural Festival Fest “The Friday Experience”

As part of the United Nations World Interfaith Harmony Week, Ummah Mosque and Community Center is pleased to invite our neighbors and the general public to attend our Annual Open House & Multicultural Festival “The Friday Experience”.
We are honored to announce that The Lieutenant Governor of Nova Scotia, The Honourable Arthur Joseph LeBlanc will join us for the day, among many faith and community leaders.
Our neighbors from all faiths and traditions, friends and general public are invited to attend the Friday congregational prayer, followed by powerful speeches, and the best part of the day; our free Multicultural food festival.
The Open House experience also includes many unique activities:
Virtual Reality shows (VR) about Islamic History and culture,
Celebrate Islamic Diversity and Multiculturalism,
Enjoy free hot meals from all around the world,
Experience traditional Multicultural clothing and customs from all corners of the world,
Visit our unique booths for Arabic Calligraphy, Henna, photo booth and Islamic Art.

Friday Prayer: 12:30 – 1:00 pm
Guest speakers & Multicultural Food Festival: 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm
Open House: 2:00 – 7:00
